MY POEM REVIEWED BY EMINENT REVIEWER RAJ KISHORE PATNAIK.
HUMBLED AND HONOURED.
LOST WORDS !
My eyes do tell an untold tale
A bit nostalgic, fading memories
That used to flow in small streams
No matter whether one listens or not
She used to talk ,things familiar to me
Like writing passages and reciting lines
It ended as my tears stopped rolling
A better time would dawn in my life
The lost words would reverberate
Again in my untamed lips sometime.

Congratulations to Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai on crafting a poignant poem, “Lost Words,” which masterfully unveils the depths of personal experience and emotion. Dr. Dalai’s verses weave a tapestry of nostalgia, fading memories, and the ache of untold tales seen through the eyes. The metaphorical use of tears as small streams emphasizes the profound and inconsolable nature of the sorrows embedded in the poet’s past.
