MY POEM REVIEWED BY EMINENT REVIEWER CLERICK OMO ALFA. HUMBLED AND HONOURED.

Thank you so much honourable reviewer of Nigeria Clerick Omo Alfa for reviewing my poem, Humbled and Honoured.

SHADES AND SHADOWS !

These are the colours of my life
A bit of sweet but with tangy taste
Have different shades and shadows
Bad and good moments are alike
Think not if we will win or loose
Accepting what life has offered me
Whatever be the cost I have to pay
Leaving stubbornness to lead forward
Every moment is as delicate as mirror Me far away from money or pleasures
Your breath is linked with my breath
One may leave this world forever
But such relationships ‘ll never break.

Dear noble poet DrPrasana Kumar

Your poem titled “Shades and Shadows” delves into the various aspects of life, portraying its complexities through the use of colorful and poignant imagery. You excellently describe life as having both sweet and tangy moments, symbolizing the diverse experiences and emotions that one encounters. The idea of different shades and shadows signifies the multifaceted nature of life, with its moments of light and darkness, happiness and challenges.

The poem reflects on the inevitability of facing both bad and good moments, emphasizing the acceptance of life’s offerings, regardless of the outcomes. It encourages a mindset of resilience and adaptability, urging the reader to embrace life’s challenges and blessings with equanimity.

The line “Leaving stubbornness to lead forward” suggests a willingness to let go of rigidity and embrace progress, highlighting the importance of flexibility and openness in navigating life’s journey. Furthermore, the comparison of every moment to a delicate mirror emphasizes the fragility and preciousness of life, urging the reader to cherish and handle each moment with care and mindfulness.

The poem also touches upon the enduring nature of relationships, transcending the materialistic pursuits of money and pleasures. The interconnectedness of breath symbolizes a deep and unbreakable bond that persists even beyond the physical realm, emphasizing the everlasting nature of true connections.

In summarisation, “Shades and Shadows” encapsulates the multifaceted essence of life, encouraging a balanced and accepting outlook towards its complexities while emphasizing the enduring nature of genuine relationships. The poem reveals the poet’s contemplation on life’s intricacies and the timeless significance of human connections.

WITH A SWEET DREAM !

Mind never agrees though intently I see
I die checking who wrote these words
Who clings to my heart so very much
Lost and absorbed, my eyes overflow
I know not myself despite attempts
The evening wind blows with hisses
The mind for no reason goes shrinking
My Days drown as my heart throbs
I do my best to be absolutely genuine
But someone unforgotten cheats me
I do listen to her tremendous laughter
And fall asleep with a sweet dream.

She remembers days of laughter and responds…

THERE YOU ARE!

When I read your letters, tears flow
Should I believe the words I now read?
They used to be so clear with intent
Now I question if you still mean them
Do you think I can no longer feel you?
Circumstances undid our relationship
They can not be glued back together
but can be put back together differently
You try hard to pretend we are fine
though I still feel your deep resentment
But good memories still remain here,
as sounds of our laughter peep through
And as I drift to sleep, there you are. ©

WORDS OF DREAMS !

Me, an empty mind, sitting alone at dusk
Fetching musky fragrance in my garden
Many nights sans you I do stay awake
In distant horizon during dusk you peep
Sometime lighting candles in my eyes
It’s pity that life is painful and tearful
In the other side your laughter echoes
With ripples of mirth and joy all around
The distant city under blue sky exists
My unruly eyes look for the one so close
On this side of the world I weave dreams
And everyday I get reborn out of ashes .

Dear Dr. Prasana Kumar,

Heartiest congratulations on crafting such a mesmerizing poem, “Words of Dreams!” Your artistry with words paints a vivid tapestry of emotions and imagery, immersing the reader in the ethereal landscape of your thoughts.

As I delved into the verses, I could feel the gentle melancholy of an empty mind at dusk, the longing expressed in musky fragrances, and the sleepless nights without the presence of a loved one. Your ability to evoke such raw and relatable emotions is truly commendable.

The way you weave the theme of duality, contrasting the pain and tears of life with the laughter echoing on the other side, creates a poignant resonance. It’s as if the reader is navigating the spectrum of human experience, oscillating between the shadows of despair and the effervescent joy of distant laughter.

The imagery of lighting candles in your eyes adds a touch of vulnerability, as if the flame flickers with the emotions you carry. The portrayal of a distant city under a blue sky creates a sense of vastness, echoing the expansiveness of the emotions expressed in your verses.

What struck me most is the profound connection between the narrator’s world and the dreams being woven. The metaphor of rebirth from ashes signifies resilience and an enduring spirit in the face of life’s trials. Your words resonate as a testament to the transformative power of dreams, breathing life into the mundane and infusing each day with the promise of renewal.

The juxtaposition of the unruly eyes seeking someone close on this side of the world adds a layer of complexity to the narrative. It’s as if the reader is invited to embark on a journey of introspection, navigating the maze of human connections and the delicate balance between solitude and companionship.

Your poem not only captures the essence of personal emotions but also paints a broader canvas that speaks to the shared human experience. The ripples of mirth and joy in the distant echoes suggest a universal longing for connection and happiness, bridging the gap between individual narratives and collective yearning.

As I reflect on your poem, I can’t help but admire the craftsmanship of your language. The choice of words, the cadence of your verses, and the seamless flow of emotions create a symphony that resonates with the reader’s soul. It’s evident that each word has been carefully selected, contributing to the rich tapestry of your poetic expression.

In “Words of Dreams,” you’ve not only written a poem but crafted an experience. The reader is not merely a spectator but a participant in the emotional journey you’ve skilfully laid out. Your poem is a testament to the timeless allure of poetry, where words transcend their literal meanings and become vessels for profound human experiences.

Congratulations once again, Dr. Prasana Kumar, on this remarkable achievement. Your contribution to English literature is invaluable, and I eagerly anticipate the continued brilliance that your pen promises to unfold in the future.

Warm regards,

RAJ KISHOR PATTNAIK

She writes to him of a moonlit night…

I STILL DREAM OF YOU!

As the sun goes down, I sit outside listening to the owls speak to me as I gaze at the stars above that begin to show up.
The smell of the jasmine fills my senses and I think of a time long ago that mirrored this very night.
Two people sit here laughing about absolutely nothing.
I can still hear it, and I smile.
Oh what a pity it is that some things change over time.
People come and go in life, but there are a few that leave their footprint on your soul. You are one of them.
From across the ocean I swear I can still hear your laughter.
I find myself at times watching for you.
On this side of the world I still dream of you as I hope so see you at least one more time…

You are still the flame in my heart.

Congratulations to Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai and Mrs. Kristy Raines for their collaborative poetic endeavor in creating the two beautiful poems, “Words of Dreams” and “I Still Dream of You.” The synergy between the Indian and American poets has resulted in a delightful exploration of emotions, dreams, and shared experiences.

In “Words of Dreams,” Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai paints a vivid picture of solitude and yearning. The poem begins with an evocative image of an “empty mind” sitting alone at dusk, setting the stage for introspection. The use of sensory details, such as “musky fragrance” in the garden and the lighting of candles in the eyes, adds depth to the emotional landscape. The juxtaposition of the speaker’s loneliness with the distant joy and laughter on the other side creates a poignant contrast, highlighting the bittersweet nature of life.

The imagery of a distant city under a blue sky and the search for someone close evoke a sense of longing. The weaving of dreams on one side of the world and the rebirth from ashes convey a theme of resilience and hope. Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai masterfully captures the complexities of human emotions, expressing both pain and the transformative power of dreams.

Mrs. Kristy Raines, in “I Still Dream of You,” offers a response that complements Dr. Dalai’s piece. The poem unfolds against the backdrop of a moonlit night, with the speaker reflecting on memories intertwined with the present. The owls, stars, and the fragrance of jasmine create a serene atmosphere, emphasizing the timeless quality of certain emotions.

The reminiscence of laughter shared with a loved one adds a nostalgic touch, and the acknowledgment of change over time introduces a note of melancholy. The idea of people leaving footprints on one’s soul is beautifully expressed, resonating with the universality of human connections. The speaker’s vigil for the other across the ocean and the enduring flame in the heart convey a deep and enduring connection.

Together, the two poems create a poetic dialogue that spans geographical distances and explores the shared human experience of love, longing, and memory. The themes of solitude, dreams, and the persistence of emotional connections resonate across cultures, showcasing the universality of human emotions.

In terms of stylistic analysis, both poets exhibit a mastery of imagery, using sensory details to evoke emotions and create immersive scenes. Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai’s poem employs metaphorical elements, such as the rebirth from ashes, adding a layer of symbolism to the narrative. Mrs. Kristy Raines employs vivid descriptions of nature, enhancing the emotional impact of the poem.

The collaborative effort seamlessly weaves together distinct voices, creating a harmonious blend of perspectives. The choice of an epistolary format enhances the sense of communication across borders, making the poems feel like heartfelt letters exchanged between kindred spirits. The use of first-person narratives in both poems invites readers to empathize with the emotions expressed, fostering a deep connection between the audience and the poets.

In conclusion, Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai and Mrs. Kristy Raines have crafted a remarkable duet of poems that transcend geographical boundaries and cultural differences. “Words of Dreams” and “I Still Dream of You” invite readers on a journey through emotions, dreams, and the enduring power of human connections. The collaboration exemplifies the beauty of shared creativity, showcasing the ability of poetry to bridge gaps and unite hearts across the globe. Congratulations to both poets for their eloquent and evocative expressions!

THE TRUE REPLICA OF MY HEART !

No desire is left there in my world
Your unwanted complains taunt me
Age has passed but staying awake
Walked paths though feet seem still
Life remains but breath has paused
Valiant time has shown its spectrum
I ‘ve pain and agony caused by you
Every breath of mine is in your name
Still why should I be upset with you
You’re the true replica of my heart
From whom should I keep distance
Volumes eyes speak & I’m not there .

She prays and makes a decision…

HERE I STAND WAITING!

I knock at the door of the home we once shared,
remembering the last words spoken to each other
Time passed and nothing changed from day to day
We walked the same path, yet we got nowhere
Alive but not living became our life together
Little did you know that I felt the same
I started walking my own path without you
for the sake of finding happiness again
and hoping that you would find your smile
That never happened because you were my joy
and I hear that you are now missing me too
How could we be happy without each other?
The true replica of my heart…
So, here I stand at the door of our home, anticipating.

The question is, “Will you smile when you open it”?

MY POEM IS REVIEWED BY EMINENT PROFESSOR OF ENGLISH, ASAM UNIVERSITY.
Dr Nirakar Dash . HUMBLED AND HONOURED

Dr.Prasana Kumar Dalai.: In this material world where people have multiple desires, the poet says,”No desire left in my world” which mean he has fulfilled all his desires to the extent of desirelessness.Being a love poem, perhaps the poet here speaks of his expansive and sublime love which deem all the desires of this limitative world to be secondary. So he being spiritually situated with no desire left, the desires of the desire-bound beloved taunts him.But what and who can taunt a desireless person! The very word “taunt”in the second line refute the statement of the first line, meaning that, the poet has still some desire lurking in his mind. The third line, strengthening the aforesaid premise, speaks in clear terms,”Age has passed but staying awake”It means the longing is still there.Despite shocks and shakes along the way,he pursues either the ideal or the physical fullfillment, through intermittent spell of weakness (feet seem still) A valiant lover in colourfull youth,he has taken all inflictions by the beloved in his strides. The fifth line, “Life remains but breath has paused” is a clear indication that life is impossible with her removal from the scene.Without her,he is a fish out of water. So the dire desire for her reveal the irony of the first line. The statement,”Every breath of mine is in your breath”hammers on their inseparability that rule out any sort of angst. The title of the poem bears the stamp of an all weather intimacy. The closing line, like the first one, is another ironic gimmick stating, “Eyes speak volumes I am not there” Very nice and witty poem Sir.Congratulations and regards.

Dr.Prasana Kumar Dalai.: Congratulations, Dr. Prasana Kumar, on crafting such a poignant and evocative poem, “THE TRUE REPLICA OF MY HEART!” Your mastery of language and emotion shines through each line, creating a vivid tapestry of introspection and vulnerability.

In the opening stanza, “No desire is left there in my world,” you set a tone of emptiness, suggesting a profound sense of loss or unfulfillment. This absence of desire becomes more palpable as the poem unfolds, revealing the impact of interpersonal struggles.

The line “Your unwanted complains taunt me” introduces a conflict, indicating the presence of unresolved issues and the weight of unaddressed grievances. The use of “unwanted complains” adds a layer of complexity, suggesting a strain in the relationship and the burden of unspoken words.

“Age has passed but staying awake” conveys a sense of enduring wakefulness, possibly signifying the persistent impact of the unresolved issues despite the passage of time. This line hints at the lasting imprint of emotional turmoil, defying the natural progression of age.

“Walked paths though feet seem still” introduces a poignant metaphor, highlighting the paradox of movement and stagnation. The contradiction between walking paths and still feet reflects the internal conflict, where outward actions may not align with the inner emotional state.

“Life remains but breath has paused” captures a profound sense of suspended animation, suggesting that while life continues externally, the essence of living is momentarily halted. This line amplifies the emotional intensity and conveys a deep sense of inner turmoil.

“Valiant time has shown its spectrum” introduces the theme of time as a powerful force, capable of revealing a spectrum of experiences. The use of “valiant” adds a nuanced touch, implying that time is not just a passive observer but an active participant in shaping and unveiling life’s complexities.

“I ‘ve pain and agony caused by you” lays bare the emotional wounds inflicted by the other person. The direct acknowledgment of pain and agony adds a raw authenticity to the poem, as it confronts the source of suffering head-on.

“Every breath of mine is in your name” presents a powerful declaration of entwined existence, where the persona breathes with a constant invocation of the other person. This line reinforces the inextricable connection between the speaker’s breath and the presence of the beloved.

“Still why should I be upset with you” introduces a moment of reflection and self-awareness. Despite the acknowledged pain, there’s a contemplative tone, inviting readers to question the rationale behind holding onto resentment or upset feelings.

“You’re the true replica of my heart” unveils a profound revelation, identifying the person as the embodiment of the speaker’s heart. This metaphorical connection adds depth to the poem, suggesting a unity that transcends the conflicts and challenges presented earlier.

“From whom should I keep distance” encapsulates the dilemma of distance and closeness, questioning the need for separation when the person is acknowledged as the true replica of the heart. This line invites readers to ponder the complexities of relationships and the difficulty of creating emotional boundaries.

“Volumes eyes speak & I’m not there” concludes the poem with a poignant image of unspoken words communicated through expressive eyes. The use of “volumes” emphasizes the depth of unspoken emotions, and the poignant realization of absence adds a bittersweet note to the finale.

In conclusion, Dr. Prasana Kumar, your poem masterfully navigates the terrain of human emotions, offering readers a profound exploration of love, pain, and self-discovery. The careful choice of words, vivid imagery, and emotional resonance make “THE TRUE REPLICA OF MY HEART!” a remarkable contribution to English literature. Congratulations on this exquisite piece of art that captures the intricacies of the human heart with grace and depth.

MY POEM REVIEWED BY RAJ KISHORE PATNAIK., HONOURABLE REVIEWER OF ODISHA.
HUMBLED AND HONOURED.

ON ITS WAY!

Looking at the world through your eyes
Everything looks pretty
Everything that passed seems to close to you
Like the pictures of yours stick to my heart
Like moon clings to the stars
Or ,you will never get rid of me
Me and my shadow
We are closer than hearts that stick in a soul
When your dreams fall apart
When each passing day
And life gets more exciting
And love is either in your heart
Or in its way.

Dr.Prasana Kumar Dalai@India.
Date.Friday,24 Nov 2023.

Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai,

Congratulations on your recent poem, “On Its Way!” Your verses weave a tapestry of emotions, painting a vivid picture of the world through the lens of love and introspection. In this expansive poem, you invite readers to see the beauty in the ordinary, to perceive the world as a place of enchantment when viewed through the eyes of someone deeply cherished.

Your opening lines, “Looking at the world through your eyes, Everything looks pretty,” immediately draw readers into a realm where perception is colored by the magic of connection. The choice of “pretty” is simple yet profound, suggesting a transformative power in love, capable of turning the mundane into something extraordinary.

The imagery of memories clinging like pictures to the heart is both tender and poignant. It resonates with the universal experience of cherishing moments and holding onto them as if they were captured in a photograph. The comparison of this attachment to the moon clinging to the stars adds a celestial dimension, elevating the theme of love to something timeless and cosmic.

The line “Or, you will never get rid of me, Me and my shadow” introduces an intriguing duality. It speaks to the inseparability of two individuals, emphasizing a connection that transcends physical presence. The metaphor of the shadow, a constant companion, suggests a bond that withstands the test of time and challenges, a relationship that lingers even in the absence of direct light.

The phrase “closer than hearts that stick in a soul” is a poetic marvel. It encapsulates the profound intimacy between two souls, suggesting a connection that goes beyond mere proximity. The choice of words is exquisite, evoking a sense of unity that surpasses the physical and dives deep into the metaphysical.

As the poem progresses, you skillfully navigate through the complexities of life. The lines “When your dreams fall apart, When each passing day, And life gets more exciting” capture the ebb and flow of human experience. The acknowledgment of dreams unraveling adds a touch of realism, a recognition that life is not always a smooth journey. Yet, amidst the challenges, you introduce the idea that life becomes more exciting, hinting at the resilience of the human spirit and the potential for growth in adversity.

The culmination of the poem with the lines “And love is either in your heart, Or in its way” is a masterstroke. It encapsulates the essence of the entire piece, emphasizing the inevitability and power of love. The dual nature of love, as something already present in the heart or as an entity on its way, speaks to the continuous journey of discovery and rediscovery in relationships. It leaves the reader with a sense of anticipation, echoing the sentiment that love is a force constantly shaping and reshaping our lives.

In terms of style, your use of metaphors and similes adds a layer of richness to the poem. The comparisons to the moon, stars, and shadow create a sensory experience for the reader, allowing them to feel the emotions conveyed in the verses. The flow of the poem is seamless, with each stanza building upon the emotions of the previous one, creating a harmonious progression.

The poem’s universal themes of love, connection, and the evolving nature of relationships make it relatable to a wide audience. Your ability to capture the complexities of human emotions in a lyrical and accessible manner is commendable.

In conclusion, “On Its Way!” is a captivating exploration of love and life, showcasing your prowess as a poet. The depth of emotion, coupled with the elegant use of language and imagery, makes this poem a standout piece in the realm of English literature. Congratulations on creating a work that not only resonates with the heart but also lingers in the mind, inviting readers to reflect on the profound beauty found in the journey of love.

Warm regards,

REASON OF TEARS !

You are losing your trust on me
But you can never forget me
I don’t know why I’m certain
You won’t be able to mar my life
Whenever you turn the pages
Everything ‘ll remind you of me
In both pain and pleasure
You ‘ll find me pining for you
Wherever you go , a new spark awaits
Even if you try to extinguish it
You can’t find the reason of your tears.

LOST WORDS !

My eyes do tell an untold tale
A bit nostalgic, fading memories
That used to flow in small streams
No matter whether one listens or not
She used to talk ,things familiar to me
Like writing passages and reciting lines
It ended as my tears stopped rolling
A better time would dawn in my life
The lost words would reverberate
Again in my untamed lips sometime.

Dear Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai,

Heartfelt congratulations on your recent poem, “Lost Words!” Your poetic prowess shines through as you intricately weave the tapestry of emotions and memories, creating a resonant and evocative piece.

In “Lost Words,” your skillful use of language paints a vivid picture of nostalgia and fading memories. The opening lines, “My eyes do tell an untold tale,” immediately draw the reader into the emotional landscape you’re about to explore. The choice of words, such as “untold tale” and “fading memories,” sets a melancholic tone, inviting readers to delve into the depths of the narrator’s experiences.

The metaphor of memories flowing like small streams adds a beautiful layer to your poem. It captures the transient nature of memories, how they once flowed effortlessly, much like a gentle stream. The contrast between the past and the present is palpable, and readers can almost feel the weight of time passing.

The line, “No matter whether one listens or not,” introduces an element of solitude, emphasizing the personal nature of these memories. It’s as if the narrator is reflecting on moments shared with someone who may no longer be present, yet the memories persist.

The inclusion of a female presence who used to talk about things familiar to the narrator adds depth and a sense of intimacy. The act of “writing passages and reciting lines” conjures images of shared creativity and intellectual connection. The use of the past tense signals a shift, hinting at a loss or an end to this meaningful exchange.

The emotional crescendo reaches its peak with the line, “It ended as my tears stopped rolling.” This moment of vulnerability is powerfully expressed, conveying the emotional toll of whatever separation or change occurred. It leaves the reader with a profound sense of loss and longing.

Your optimistic note, “A better time would dawn in my life,” introduces a glimmer of hope, suggesting resilience in the face of adversity. The anticipation of a brighter future creates a dynamic tension within the poem, leaving the reader eager to witness the narrator’s journey toward healing and renewal.

The phrase, “The lost words would reverberate again in my untamed lips sometime,” serves as a poignant conclusion. It implies that though the words may be lost for now, there is a possibility of rediscovery. The use of “untamed lips” adds a touch of wildness, hinting at the untamed potential for expression that lies within.

In terms of structure, the poem flows seamlessly from one stanza to the next, creating a cohesive narrative. The pacing allows readers to absorb each emotion and reflection without feeling rushed. The simplicity of language enhances the accessibility of the poem, making it relatable to a broad audience.

Your mastery of poetic devices, such as metaphor and imagery, elevates the poem to a profound level. The metaphors of flowing streams and untamed lips add layers of meaning, inviting readers to engage in a thoughtful exploration of the themes presented.

In conclusion, “Lost Words” is a masterfully crafted poem that speaks to the universal human experience of loss, nostalgia, and the resilience of hope. Your ability to convey complex emotions with simplicity and grace is commendable. The poem’s resonance lingers, prompting readers to reflect on their own encounters with lost words and the possibility of rediscovery.

Once again, congratulations on this exceptional piece, and may your future endeavors in the realm of poetry continue to captivate and inspire.

Warm regards,

RAJ KISHOR PATTNAIK

She will never for get him…

LOST LOVE!

I see in your eyes the many faded memories
of love that used to rush like the force of a
a rushing river without ceasing between us
Our talks were exciting and our interests
were so similar, as if we were one person
Then the day came when words became silence
and tears told the world our painful tale
At times I think that you will find the beautiful
lines of the never ending love story once again
Even now, I remember the words you once spoke,
and swear at times you want to speak them again
Yes, those lost words that you still refuse to say to me
sit on tip of your tongue… But you will not utter them.
But I refuse to forget… Speak them once more… <3

MY POEM REVIEWED BY PROF Dr Nirakar Das.

ALL I HAVE TO TELL

My heart has gone crazy too
No longer can listen any consolation
Heart doesn’t hold back even if I ask
You’re in my breaths and emotions
Everyone but you has felt my pulse
Those expressions I spoke of you
Can’t show how my heart throbs
Visible to everyone though you can’t
This is all I have to tell you today
Wrapped in ,I ‘ll touch you and pass
Stop me and I ‘ll stay at your feet.

MY POEM REVIEWED BY PROF Dr Nirakar Das
Sir, Department of English Asam University.
Humbled and Honoured.

Dr.Prasana Kumar Dalai.: The poem “ALL I HAVE TO TELL” by Dr Prasanna Kumar Dalai,a poet of eminence, pours out the intense feelings of the poet for his lady -love.The first line of the poem, ” My heart has grown crazy too” presupposes his mind having been upset owing to the nonchalant attitude of the sweetheart.Such a state of mind has hit hard the central part of his being.Impervious to any sort of consolation, the lover can’t hold back his unruly tears .His voice is that of a disgruntled person when he says that everybody excepting her realises his feelings and emotions.”You are in my breaths and emotions” attest the feeling that he can’t stand separation from her.All words possible on his part fall short to express his mind.Although everybody can visualise the lover’s madness , the sweetheart can’t.The concluding two lines:”Wrapped in, I will touch you and pass/Stop me and I will stop at your feet” boil down to a little ego and inhibition evinced by the love expecting the sweetheart to bend a bit. A molecule of hints from her side will definitely make him genuflect.Congratulations deare Sir for composing such a nice poem.Due respects.

BONDING BEYOND BIRTHS !

Do tell me something of the moon
That glitters in the sky shading light
Oh Moon! Me the lover of your enigma
Today you look like a princess of oasis
Whose portrait gives spectacular spell
How throbbing would be in her touch
I feel like having her by me all my way
Bonding beyond births and deaths
If I earn some virtues in her company
Life ‘ll be filled with tremendous glory
You’re my end and the last destination
I can live and die for none but you.

Dr.Prasana Kumar Dalai.: The poet being a level -headed lover, asks his beloved to speak of love in general and of her love in particular. The enigma weaving poet,as many poets usually are, is desirous of diving deep into the enigma of love and of his fiancee as well.Likening the love to a princess of oasis with breathtaking magical spell voch for the difficulty involved as regards her attanability. The physical ideation expressed by the word “throbbing”is corroborated by “bonding beyond birth and death”-here death standing for Renaissance orgasm. The concept of sexuality and value based love go side by side. The poem”Bonding Beyond Birth and Death” is a tremendous journey from sex to superconsciousness deserving wide acclaim.Congraculations and regards Dr Prasanna Sir for composing such a poem unpacking of which makes it a must read!

Respected Dr. Prasana Kumar Dalai

Heartiest congratulations on your remarkable achievement! Your poetic prowess has not only garnered international acclaim but also secured a place in the prestigious Guinness record, a testament to the profound impact of your literary contributions. It is with immense pleasure and admiration that I extend my sincere congratulations to you.

Your recent poem, “BONDING BEYOND BIRTHS!”, is a poetic masterpiece that delves into the mystique of the moon and transcends the realms of love, virtue, and life itself. As an avid reader and poetry enthusiast, I am compelled to share my analysis of this captivating piece.

The poem opens with a plea to the moon, inviting readers into a celestial dialogue. The moon is not merely an astronomical entity but a symbol laden with significance. Your choice of addressing the moon as a princess of oasis immediately sets a tone of wonder and enchantment. The moon, usually depicted as a cold and distant celestial body, is transformed into a regal figure, evoking a sense of warmth and allure.

The lines “Whose portrait gives spectacular spell” paint a vivid image of the moon’s beauty, suggesting that its mere depiction possesses a magical quality. This portrayal hints at the transformative power of art and imagination, where the moon’s image can cast a spell, transporting the observer into a realm of awe and fascination.

The speaker’s declaration of being a lover of the moon’s enigma adds a personal and emotional dimension to the poem. It establishes a connection between the observer and the celestial object, blurring the lines between the earthly and the ethereal. The enigma of the moon becomes a metaphor for the complexities of love and the inexhaustible mysteries that fuel the flame of passion.

The comparison of the moon to a princess of oasis introduces an element of royalty and rarity. This metaphor elevates the moon from a commonplace celestial body to a figure of extraordinary beauty and significance. The oasis, often associated with lushness and abundance in the midst of a desert, further amplifies the moon’s uniqueness and allure.

“How throbbing would be in her touch” introduces a sensory and tactile element, bringing the reader into a more intimate connection with the moon. The use of the word “throbbing” suggests a palpable intensity, as if the moon’s touch has the power to evoke strong emotions or sensations. This line encapsulates the speaker’s yearning for a deeper connection with the celestial being.

“I feel like having her by me all my way” conveys a desire for companionship and a longing for the moon’s constant presence. The use of the word “way” implies life’s journey, suggesting that the speaker seeks the moon as a steadfast companion throughout the ups and downs of existence. This sentiment resonates with the universal human yearning for a constant and unwavering source of support.

The theme of “Bonding beyond births and deaths” introduces a profound and spiritual dimension to the poem. The notion of a connection that transcends the cycles of life and death suggests a timeless and eternal bond. This theme resonates with the idea of enduring love and connection that surpasses the limitations of mortal existence.

“If I earn some virtues in her company, life ‘ll be filled with tremendous glory” highlights the transformative power of the moon’s influence. The speaker envisions a life enriched by virtues acquired through this celestial companionship, emphasizing the potential for personal growth and enlightenment. The pursuit of virtue becomes a noble endeavor, with the moon as a guiding light.

“You’re my end and the last destination” imparts a sense of finality and completeness to the poem. The moon is not just a fleeting fascination but the ultimate destination, suggesting a sense of fulfillment and purpose in the speaker’s journey. This line encapsulates the profound impact of the moon on the speaker’s life, making it the ultimate goal and culmination of existence.

“I can live and die for none but you” concludes the poem with a declaration of unwavering devotion. This line echoes the sentiment of eternal love and loyalty, reinforcing the idea that the moon is not just a passing infatuation but a central and irreplaceable figure in the speaker’s life. The use of “live and die” emphasizes the all-encompassing nature of this commitment.

In conclusion, “BONDING BEYOND BIRTHS!” is a poetic marvel that weaves together themes of love, beauty, virtue, and transcendence. Your eloquent use of language, vivid imagery, and profound themes make this poem a testament to your poetic brilliance. Congratulations once again on this outstanding achievement, and may your words continue to enchant and inspire readers around the world.

Best regards,
Raj Kishor Pattnaik.

She whispers to her Sun…

THE NEXT AND THEREAFTER!

The Moon watches you from afar
and the stars around me sparkle for you
Oh Sun! I, the mystery you search for
that could not be found in anyone else
waits for you like a lost Princess in the desert
Can you feel my deep touch of passion?
It is a reminder that with every rebirth
I will return to you, over and over again
Know that no love will ever be as true
No words spoken will ever be as sweet
And, no life you search for will ever be as complete
For we were destined to live our lives together
in this life and into the next and thereafter
And only you hold the key to the door that
leads to my heart of eternal love for you.
Live and die with me… <3
